END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By using CALL RECORDER – RECORD CALLS application, you are agreeing to these END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

CALL RECORDER – RECORD CALLS application offers call recording service for local, long-distance and international phone calls

Call recording service can be provided on free or paid basis

CALL RECORDER – RECORD CALLS app uses third-party Services to record calls and TRUSTHOSTING LLC is not responsible for calls and/or recordings quality and for reimbursement for calls made with Services

You agree to use CALL RECORDER – RECORD CALLS application only for lawful purposes and to comply with laws of countries you are calling from and to

TRUSTHOSTING LLC reserves the right to terminate or remove any account without notice if it determines in its sole discretion that this account was used for illegal activity

TRUSTHOSTING LLC can not be held responsible for the actions of any person that accesses the service through the registered phone number

You are responsible for checking all applicable rates before using recording service

You can discontinue call recording service at any time:

Use 'Deactivate Account' option in 'Settings'->'Account Settings' to delete your account

You can view, change, or cancel CALL RECORDER – RECORD CALLS subscription in your iTunes Account Settings

TRUSTHOSTING LLC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion for any reason

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TRUSTHOSTING LLC DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, TECHNICAL COMPATIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY SERVICE, PRODUCTS OR MATERIAL PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRUSTHOSTING LLC DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE LEGALITY OF THE USE OF ANY OF THE CALL RECORDER – RECORD CALLS APP SERVICES IN ANY PARTICULAR STATE OR IN ANY COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUSTHOSTING LLC BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CALL RECORDER – RECORD CALLS APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY ARISING FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, DEFECTS AND/OR ERRORS IN TRANSMITTING, RECEIVING, ORIGINATING, TERMINATING AND/OR DELIVERING TELEPHONE CALLS. TRUSTHOSTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUES, EVEN IF TRUSTHOSTING LLC , HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRUSTHOSTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS, OR YOUR DIFFICULTY IN ACCESSING, ITS SERVICE THROUGH TOLL OR LOCAL ACCESS NUMBERS. IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUSTHOSTING LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY TOLL CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR IN USING A LOCAL ACCESS NUMBER. TRUSTHOSTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR INFORMATION OFFERED OR PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND ACCESSED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, THE APPLICATION OR BY ANY OTHER MEANS. YOU ALSO SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRUSTHOSTING LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR COSTS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PRIVATE OR GOVERNMENTAL LEGAL ACTIONS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE CALL RECORDER – RECORD CALLS APPLICATION SERVICES IN ANY COUNTRY.

These END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. TRUSTHOSTING LLC makes no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service.
